A member of diplomatic relationship room of Gorran Movemenr revealed that before the Kurdish referendum in 2017, the general coordinator of Gorran had told the American and Iranian officials his opinion against Kurdistan Region entity and also against two administrations in the region.

“Before the events of referendum, Mr. Omar Said Ali the general coordinator of Gorran met with Qasm Sulaimani the commander of Iran Quds force, in that meeting he fiercely expressed his opinion against any attempt to frustrate Kurdistan Region and make it two administrations,” said Shunas Sherko a member of diplomatic relationship room of Gorran.

He also said: “after a week of this meeting, Britt McGurk, Special presidential envoy for the Global Coalition to defeat ISIS, visited Gorran. The general coordinator of Gorran has said the same of his opinion.”
Although Gorran Movement has many questions, notifications, and critics about how to manage Kurdistan Region and about governing system, but it is against the frustration of Kurdistan region anyway, even it doesn’t want Kurdistan Region to be seen as a week entity.
