The ministry of trade and industry: we work to increase domestic products

The minister
of trade and industry of Kurdistan region announced that they attempt to reopen
the factories closed recently, and we seek to increase the rate of export in
order to increase domestic products.
“We work to
increase domestic products. In the last year, 147 factories and 1222 new
companies have been established,” said Kamal Muslim in an interview with Gorran
radio.
He also
said: rising the value of dollar against Iraqi dinar has made damage for
people, most of goods in the markets were being imported and buying by dollar,
but we attempt to prevent rising price of goods by supervisory teams.
Speaking about
the money of farmers, he said: their financial dues for 2020 were 200 billion
dinars, so far the Iraqi government sent 75 billion dinars and that money was
distributed for farmers. We attempt to continue that process.
