Omar Said Ali: the only weapon we hold is the political unity between us

Omar Said Ali, general coordinator of Gorran Movement said: the only weapon remained in our hand is the political unity. The only patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), and Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK) are responsible of the current situation of Kurdistan region because the other political parties haven’t had any role in the distortion of the situation.

During his participation in the “constitution and unity conference” that hold by the Kurdistan Ubiversity in Erbil, Omar Said Ali said: without unity, if tens of constitutions be written, they will not be implemented. In this situation that we have two administrations, two armies, two securities, …etc, how can we keep unity?

He also said: constitution must reflect politically, socially, and nationally…etc to all who lived in the community. All must participate in writing constitution.

He stressed on: we are not against tha availability of constitution, but first we must settle our internal problems. The judiciary, executive and legislative powers must be separated from each other.
