The former Co-chair of the Peoples' Democratic Party and the presidential candidate, casts his vote in the prison of Aderna "F", said in a tweet "I voted in prison and I am confident that the results will be good,"

"I voted in the prison and I am confident that the results will be good," said Selahattin Demirtaş, the former Co-chair of the Democratic Peoples' Party (HDP) and a presidential candidate, along with his prison mate Abdullah Zidan, who voted for the parliamentary and presidential elections in Aderna "F" prison.

Demirtaş added, "We have voted in the prison. I hope democracy will be everyone‌s choice for the future of the country when they go to the polls, and I hope that the vote will be within an atmosphere of security and reassurance, and I am confident that the results will be good, I hope good results for all."
