The Gorran's National Council discussed possible options for participation in upcoming parliamentary elections, affirms that Gorran ready for collaboration and alliance with other political parties.

In the news conference following the meeting Hoshyar Omer Ali, the member of  Gorran National Council states that Gorran is an initiator for any collaboration and political alliance.

"Gorran will continue our struggle and seek for achieving our [Gorran] objectives including the rule of law and social justice in Kurdistan region," he added

The Gorran's statement also asserts that the upcoming Kurdistan parliamentary election is an opportunity for people to reclaim their right was stolen on May 12 Iraqi election by ruling political parties.

"We urge and encourage our voters to massive participate in Kurdistan parliamentary election." the statement reads.

The Gorran's General Council convenes on Tuesday to discuss three options for upcoming Kurdistan parliamentary elections including forming an alliance with other parties.

KNN reporter states that the General Council discuss three options for Gorran including participation as independent list or shaping alliance before or after elections. 

Gorran's General Council prepare the proposal and will send the recommendations to the National Council for a final decision.
