Gorran, KDP issue a joint Statement

At the end of the meeting held on Wednesday 19/12/2018 between the Movement for Change and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the two sides issued a communique stressing the establishment of serious programs on transparency, strengthening government institutions, improving the living conditions of citizens and making radical reforms.
Both sides issued a joint statement saying :

Strengthening institutions and promoting transparency should be top priorities for the new Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), the Change Movement (Gorran) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) agreed in a meeting in Sulaimani on Wednesday.

“The meeting stressed that it is important for a robust joint program to be framed for the fields of transparency, strengthening the institutions of the government in managing further services, and managing relations of the Kurdistan Region with Baghdad and the international community,”
