Gorran Bloc: a high delegation of negotiate should be sent to Baghdad as soon as possible

Gorran Bloc in the Kurdistan parliament said that they are worried about the government’s carelessness towards providing salary of people.
The detail of Gorran Bloc statement:
Dear: Kurdistan Parliament Presidency
The bad financial situation and life of people, and the conclusion of those crisis that has faced Kurdistan region, requires Kurdistan Parliament to be serious and play an effective role and take decision to solve problems, especially those that related to the life of people. Gorran Bloc as always stresses on the immediate treatment to end this situation. So these following points should be taken into consideration:  
1-The recommendation of Kurdistan government to send a high delegation to negotiate as soon as possible to Baghdad. And the agreement between Bagdad and Kurdistan Region should be sign to secure the rights and financial dues of the Region. And that delegation should express their desire to reach an agreement with Bagdad about oil and the incomes of border crossings.
2-We are in Gorran Bloc sorry about the indifference of Kurdistan government towards providing salary and honorable life of Kurdistan people.
3-We stress on that the government should organize its internal, oil and border crossings incomes in order to end those crisis that are prevailing, we are sure that if the incomes will organize, the salary problem will be treated.
4-Kurdistan parliament is the place of Kurdistan people representatives and the place of discussion and decision to settle people problems. So we that the people concerns and problems should be the priority of Parliament and different blocs should be given chance to express their opinions and plans.
