Dler Abdulkhaliq: the agreement between Bagdad and Erbil should be done in favor of Kurdistan Region people

National council of Gorran Movement stressed on the need of agreement between Baghdad and Kurdistan region in favor of Kurdistan people and it demands to implement general reform and providing salary per 30days.

“The meeting of National Council was to discuss internal issues and political, economic circumstance of Kurdistan region and Iraq, our attitude is unchangeable and we support the agreement between Bagdad and Erbil by the way the constitutional rights of Kurdish people will be keep, but it is important for Kurdistan Region to prepare itself for another potential which is disagreement with Baghdad, so it is important to make change and reform internally and provide salary per 30 days,” said Dler Abdulkhaliq, the Press Room coordinator, in a press conference after the meeting.

He also said: during the recent days, 3 members of Executive Branch of Gorran resigned from their posts, so the majority of national council members voted to fill that posts as soon as possible.

He also mentioned: all Gorran organs should commit with the political strategy of Gorran, any steps taken by Gorran, it will be within the framework of internal constitution.

National council of Gorran is a leadership institution in the polical, social, administrative, financial, and media fields of Gorran. At the same time, it is a highest authority between the duration of two elections, it supervises all Gorran institutions.
