Darbaz Muhammad: without a united and non-political army, and an independent court, constitution will be just a text

A member of the Executive branch of Gorran Movement announced that the constitution is necessary, but if it is without a united army and an independent court, it will be just a text added to the previous legal texts.

Speaking about the importance of constitution in Kurdistan region, Darbaz Muhammad said: “constitution is necessary, but also we can be justice without constitution.”

He also mentioned: Although the constitution is necessary, the lack of a constitution does not mean killing citizens. Without a constitution, people cannot be imprisoned for speaking out.

He also stressed on: without a united and non-political army, and an independent court, constitution will be just an added text to the previous legal texts.
