Gorran’s bloc in the Kurdistan Region parliament call on Turkey to withdraw its forces

The Change Movement (Gorran) called on Turkey to  stop its military activities inside the Kurdistan Region territories  and withdraw its forces back across the border.

Gorran’s bloc in the Kurdistan Region parliament issued a statement regarding the recent developments following the last the bombing of Turkish warplanes saying :

"Due to the bombing of Turkish warplanes in the past, dozens  of civilians have fallen victim, we call on Turkey to  stop its military activities inside the Kurdistan Region territories  and withdraw its forces back across the border.” read the statement

"It is the responsibility of Iraq to protect the borders of South Kurdistan [Region], in coordination with the Kurdistan Region,” it added.

The statement also  called for a return to dialogue as the only way to solve the Kurdish problem in Turkey.
