Delegation from German Consulate in Erbil visits the Change Movement


A delegation from the German Consulate in Erbil headed by German Deputy Consul General Mr. Sven Krauspe,  visited on Wednesday  the main head quarters of the Change Movement(Gorran) in the city of Sulaimani.

The delegation was received by Hoshyar Omer, head of  Gorran's
diplomatic relation room  and Stam Kamil  member of the relation room.

During a meeting, both sides discussed the current political situation in the Kurdistan region, the challenges that lie ahead for the Iraqi government and the ongoing demonstrations by the Iraqi people in middle and southern regions.

The Gorran delegates expressed support for the demands of Iraqi protesters who ask for providing services and to have better life conditions, stressing the need for their demands to be met. They also voiced support for any efforts for reforms, expressing support for the legitimate demands of the protesters.
